Terms of Service
By using the Time Assistant service (“the Service”) you accept these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Time Assistant is a tool for tracking work hours via Telegram and a web app, with overviews, reports, export and optional integrations (Google Drive, Clockify).
2. Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials safe.
- You are responsible for all activity on your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Plans and billing
- The Free plan is free. The Pro plan unlocks extra features (AI parser, higher limits, Clockify integration).
- Pro is activated with a code/license; payments are handled by Gumroad and Throne under their own terms.
- The trial (when available) is free and one-time; when it expires the account automatically switches to Free, with no charge.
- We may change prices and features; we announce material changes in advance.
4. Acceptable use
You must not: abuse or overload the Service, attempt unauthorised access, use the Service unlawfully, or infringe third-party rights.
5. Your content
Your entries and data remain yours. You grant us a limited right to process them solely to provide the Service (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Third-party integrations
Google Drive, Clockify, Telegram, Gumroad and Throne have their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with their rules. We are not responsible for their operation or outages.
7. Availability and “as is”
We aim to keep the Service available, but provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties that it will run uninterrupted or error-free. The AI parser may occasionally misread an entry — check before confirming.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for data loss caused by factors beyond our control. We recommend keeping your own copies (export is available).
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. For EU users, their rights under local consumer and data protection law remain in force.
